Batiste Dry Shampoo is competing in an unfair market. Where all products promise to make you the brightest, most beautiful, youngest version of yourself, yet another dry shampoo would have to deliver its claims spotlessly. And Batiste does every trick it promises to survive the market. After the product’s brave campaign with famous endorsement we were tasked, as we never have been, with not flunking it. We had to design their website and maintain their day-to-day social media presence in such an endearing and funny way that the public would be drawn to it WITHOUT the aid of famous endorsement and numerous activations.
The strategy was to find discreet, relatable content which would appeal to its core target. Day after day, after day, after day.
